CPAs Growing With Their Clients

With the tight economy putting many businesses in financial binds, many certified public accountants (CPA) are turning to systems designed to level the economic playing field. For example, Commonwealth Capital Advisors (CCA), an investment banking advisory services firm, has created the patent-pending Financial Architect System, a process and method for reducing the cost of raising capital.

Financial Architect enables entrepreneurs to raise seed, development and expansion capital through the issuance of securities offered directly to individual angel investors and institutions at a fraction of the traditional cost.

CPAs are discovering how they can work with Financial Architect to aid their clients, who could not previously afford to raise sufficient equity capital.

CCA has spent the past four and a half years developing and beta-testing Financial Architect in Chicago.

Financial Architect has three components:

2. Securities-offering document templates in which one transfers the information in one's business plan to create a securities offering document.
    
3. The password-protected Commonwealth Capital Club, which contains access to accredited angel groups and financial institutions specifically looking to fund start-up and early-stage companies.
